She has led strategic projects in multinational corporations and public entities, and is currently a mentor and trainer in Coaching for Wellness, supporting the certification of coaches in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Latin America.
Dr. Emilia Concepción
Executive Coach - Emotional Intelligence Certified Practitioner - Certified in Programmatic Neurolinguistics (NLP).
Dr. Emilia Concepción began her professional career in sales. From there, she rose through the ranks at multinational companies such as Microsoft and Lexis-Nexis. She ultimately held the position of VP of Sales & Marketing for ERC Solutions, leading the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service departments for 11 years. Dr. Concepción is a certified Executive Coach, Emotional Intelligence Certified Practitioner, Team Coach, and in Programmatic Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She specializes in employee engagement and strategic organizational development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences, a Master of Arts degree in Leadership Coaching Psychology, and a Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.
She is recognized as an organizational development strategist specializing in collaborating with senior and "C-Level" leaders, as she recognizes that this workforce holds the capacity to produce changes in the strategic direction of companies.
