Dr. Emilia Concepción began her professional life in sales. From there, she climbed the ranks with multinational companies such as Microsoft and Lexis-Nexis. She eventually became VP of Sales & Marketing for ERC Solutions, leading the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service departments for 11 years. This experience served as a springboard for her exploration of how emotions act as a critical driver and connector for success in business environments.

Dr. Concepción is a certified Executive Coach, Emotional Intelligence Certified Practitioner, Team Coach, and in Programmatic Neurolinguistics (NLP). She specializes in Employee Engagement and strategic organizational development.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences, a Master's degree in Leadership Coaching Psychology, and a Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.

She is recognized as an organizational development strategist specializing in collaborating with senior and "C-Level" leaders, as she recognizes that this workforce has the capacity to drive changes in companies' strategic direction.
